PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our Hot Air Stenter Machine is engineered to deliver exceptional fabric finishing, heat setting, drying, and width control for a wide range of textile substrates. Designed with advanced thermal technology and efficient fabric handling systems, it ensures consistent results across woven, knitted, and blended fabrics.
This high-performance machine is equipped with modular chambers, energy-efficient burners or heat exchangers, and intelligent control panels, making it ideal for textile mills aiming for superior output quality and reduced operational costs.
Entry Section

The entry section features an optional cloth tensioning device and guiders to ensure accurate fabric centering across 2 or 3 BPM configurations. A mechanical or pneumatic compensator regulates fabric tension, while a bow and weft straightener unit mounted above the mangle ensures proper fabric alignment.
The 3 BPM unit includes a 2-dip, 2-nip arrangement for effective fabric immersion.
The padding and squeezing system is engineered with rollers of varied rubber hardness, tailored to different fabric types. This ensures maximum expression, optimal stenter performance, and uniform chemical application. A crowned roller is standard in both the padder and squeezer units for consistent and efficient fabric processing.
Gas Direct Heating System

Equipped with automatic cut-off systems and advanced safety devices to ensure secure operation.
Rapid temperature rise significantly reduces machine loading time, improving overall efficiency.
Anti-explosion door design integrated into the heating chamber for enhanced operational safety.
Designed for low pollution output, minimal maintenance, and represents the cleanest heating solution.
Thermal Oil Heating System

By PID digital temperature controller with PT100 temperature probe and with motorized control valve / Pneumatic valve open and close movement, to control the suitable temperature in the heating chamber.
Heat exchanger is adopted of fin type, the heat distribution dimension is big, heat storage is low, Heating and heat dissemination also spreads fast to keep steady temperature. Assures the fabric is under good thermo-fixing, to upgrade the quality.
The highest temperature can be reach at 225 deg celsius to satisfy customer demands.
Nozzle Box
